How We Keep Your Personal Data Safe.

Limitation Of Liability
Terms of Business
You have the right, under consumer laws, to a “cooling off” period of 14 days from the date you receive your physical products (but not digital products), during which time you can change your mind and receive a refund (subject to certain deductions – see below).
To change your mind, please let us know within the 14-day cooling off period by contacting us. You need to make sure you send the products back within 14 days of telling us you want to change your mind. You will need to pay the costs of return postage.
Within 14 days of receiving your returned product, provided it is in a perfect, unused condition, we will refund you the amount you paid by the same method as your original payment, including the initial delivery cost at the least expensive rate.
So, for example, if you have paid for express delivery, we cannot refund the additional cost of the express delivery over the standard rate. For partial returns, refund amounts will be calculated against any discounts claimed at the time of ordering (e.g. 3 for 2, % off, free postage offers, etc).
We cannot refund any credit card fees, brokerage fees or import duties, as these amounts go directly to third parties, not us.
If we do not receive your returned product, we cannot refund it, so please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
Students must complete and await approval of case studies where necessary prior to undertaking any paid clients. Case studies will be reviewed within ten working days of submission, upon approval certification will be issued. Students will require certification prior to becoming insured.
International School of Aesthetics will make an introduction for students to an insurer, however, International School of Aesthetics cannot guarantee the cost of acceptance of insurance. International School of Aesthetics has no financial arrangement with any insurer.
We require 90 days cancellation notice in writing prior to your scheduled course date, otherwise, we will charge you cancellation fee as below
100% of your total amount will be charged.
For course date adjustments between 14 & 90 days of the scheduled start date, we charge an admin fee of £250.00.
For course date adjustments less than 14 days before the scheduled start date a fee of 50% of the course price will be charged.
We do not offer refunds for training completed.
Deposits for training are non refundable.
We do not offer refunds for digital products including online courses
Deposits for training are non transferable to other other courses.
We cannot amend course dates that are scheduled to start within 7 days.
Balance payments must be settled in full 14 days prior to the course start date
Students must electronically submit via assignments to this platform, fully completed pre-study including access course work (where applicable) 14 days prior to their practical course scheduled date. Students who do not submit home study course work on time will be unable to complete training on the scheduled date and will be required to pay a minimum of £500 fee for course adjustment dates. Training will then be rescheduled for the next availability.
We reserve the right to change course dates and location if necessary by giving 7 days prior written notice. If the new course date is unsuitable for the student then we will offer the student any future date to a corresponding course (with availability) within 12 months.
By making payment for any course you agree to accept our terms of business.
