Why I chose regeneration for myself
My journey with PRF EzGel actually began with my own experience.
After many years of having dermal filler in my under-eye area, I experienced something that changed the way I thought about aesthetic treatments.
A few years ago, I developed persistent puffiness and filler migration beneath my left eye.
Like many people working in aesthetics,
I had access to treatments and, over the years, I had become accustomed to treating myself when appropriate. I knew the area well and initially believed that dissolving the filler would resolve the problem.
It didn’t.
I went through multiple sessions of dissolving, but the puffiness remained.
Eventually, the old filler had to be surgically removed.
It was an experience that made me look at facial aesthetics very differently.
I had experienced first-hand what can happen when simply adding more product is no longer the answer.
⸻
THEN I DISCOVERED PRF EZGEL
Around this time, I came across Dr Rajani talking about PRF EzGel.
I was immediately intrigued.
Here was an approach that wasn’t simply about adding another synthetic product.
It used my own blood and offered a regenerative approach that felt much more aligned with the way I wanted to treat my own face.
So I decided to learn more.
I connected with Dr Rajani, trained in PRF EzGel and began exploring the treatment for myself.
And then something remarkable happened.
I became my own patient.
I began using PRF EzGel on my own under-eye area and followed the changes over time.
The improvement was gradual rather than instant — but that was exactly what I found so interesting.
The area began to look healthier, softer and more naturally rejuvenated.
And because I knew exactly what I had experienced with filler, dissolving and ultimately surgery, I understood the difference in approach on a very personal level.
⸻
FROM MYSELF TO MY CLIENTS
What began as a personal journey became an important part of my professional practice.
I started introducing PRF EzGel to carefully selected clients and watching their results develop over time.
That experience taught me something I still tell my clients today:
Regenerative aesthetics requires patience.
The best results are not necessarily the ones you see immediately after treatment.
Sometimes the most beautiful changes develop gradually over the following weeks as the initial swelling settles and the tissues continue to respond.
This is one of the reasons I love following my clients’ journeys rather than judging a treatment too early.
⸻
WHY THIS EXPERIENCE CHANGED MY APPROACH
My own experience with under-eye filler taught me that more is not always better.
It reinforced something I had already believed as an aesthetic practitioner:
We don’t always need to add more.
Sometimes we need to think differently.
Sometimes we need to look at skin quality rather than simply volume.
Sometimes we need to consider regeneration rather than adding another product.
And sometimes the most appropriate treatment is no treatment at all.
That experience is a large part of why I became so passionate about regenerative aesthetics.
⸻
TODAY
PRF EzGel has now become an important part of my approach to facial rejuvenation.
I use it selectively and always assess whether it is appropriate for the individual.
I don’t believe that PRF EzGel is the answer for every face or every concern.
But for the right client, I believe it can offer a beautiful alternative approach to traditional volumising treatments.
My philosophy is simple:
I want my clients to look like themselves — not like they have had a treatment.
And perhaps the reason I feel so strongly about that is because I have been the client myself.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is considered a next-generation, more natural evolution of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). While both use your blood to heal, PRF is spun at a lower speed, allowing it to retain more white blood cells and stem cells, creating a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors over 1 week, compared to PRP’s rapid release within hours

Week 1: Recovery and Initial Results
Weeks 2–4: Transition Phase

Weeks 4–6: Collagen Stimulation and Second Session
Month 3–6: Peak Results
FOR BEST RESULTS 2-3 SESSIONS PER YEAR IS REQUIRED
PRF and PRF EZ Gel are both injectable treatments that use your own blood to rejuvenate the skin and address volume loss
PRF EZ Gel is used to add volume, reduce discoloration, and enhance firmness. It can be injected under the eyes, mid-cheek, cheeks, into the face and the lips
A natural, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) concentrate is injected into the skin after being extracted from a blood sample. PRF can be used to improve skin tone, boost collagen production, and rejuvenate the skin. It can be injected into the face, scalp, eyebrows, breasts and neck.
PRF EZ GEL is PRF that is transformed into a gel through a heating and cooling process. The texture of EZ GEL is more like dermal filler, as opposed to a liquid, which creates unique benefit. Best part it's all natural.
Unlike PRP, which is a liquid, PRF EZ Gel is a gel-like substance. This gel consistency provides better volume and hydration to the under-eye area, effectively reducing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. PRF EZ Gel stimulates collagen production more gradually and naturally than PRP
PRF EZ GEL is an autologous bio-stimulating filler, meaning its rejuvenating properties stem from your own body. To prepare EZ GEL, We draw your blood and separate its components through centrifugation. This process extracts and isolates the platelets, growth factors, and stem cells into an albumin matrix.
My PRF EzGel experience
I trained with Dr Rajani and have extensive experience delivering PRF EzGel, with a particular focus on natural facial regeneration and delicate areas such as the under-eyes.
After treatment, it is not uncommon to experience under-eye swelling or bruising. You may experience under-eye fullness for 3-5 days before it starts to dissipate.
You will notice the results of your treatment developing throughout the course of 1-2 months, as the structures and collagen under the eye continue to build, it is recommended to have 3 sessions with results lasting a year or longer.
Under the eyes, the skin is one of the thinnest skin on our body. It can be one of the first areas that show signs of ageing. PRF is one of the ideal treatments that improve this area and can be a better option than other skin tightening devices.
PRF can also enhance the results of fillers under the eyes. Injecting fillers under the eyes, like Teosyal Redensity 2, can instantly improve the hollowness under the eyes and is a fabulous treatment to instantly rejuvenate this area.
The problem with fillers is too many fillers under the eyes can make the eyes look puffy or cause a bluish tinge if injected too superficially. Also, it can be very difficult to treat dark circles only with fillers. Injecting PRF in addition to the fillers can significantly enhance the results of the fillers by tightening the loose skin under the eyes and improving the dark circles.
Some people are not designed to have fillers under the eyes as this also causes fluid retention then puffiness like edema or fat under the eyes can appear which then requires dissolving. These candidates are perfect for PRF for under-eye treatment.
For optimal results, it is recommended to undergo a series of 2-3 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. On average, results develop over 3-4 months and can last up to 12-18 months. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 8-10 months for long-lasting results.
EZ Gel works wonders by enhancing firmness, reducing discoloration, and adding volume to areas such as the under-eye region and other treated areas.
The gel is full of fibrin, albumin, and growth factors. It is your version of organic filler for beauty. EzGel is used to improve facial volume and symmetry, rejuvenate the skin, stimulate collagen production, reduce the signs of aging (wrinkles, fine lines, and loose skin), and get rid of acne scars.
PRF produces a higher cumulative release of growth factors than PRP. Also, this release is slow and prolonged, making it ideal for tissue regeneration and growth stimulation.
PRF is great for patients with thin skin and under-eye discoloration.”
Benefits of PRF include:
PRF injections in the scalp enhances hair growth and address hair loss in patients with thinning or androgenetic alopecia.
In addition, the lower spin speed causes less trauma to the individual cells of the blood, allowing more stem cells to remain in the final PRF product. With PRF, no anticoagulant is used during the processing of the blood.
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a all-natural solution that can treat common areas that show the first signs of ageing and hair loss.
PRF therapy has been clinically proven to be effective in reversing both male and female pattern hair loss and baldness (androgenic alopecia). PRF can also treat thinning hair resulting from iron deficiency, metabolic causes, telogen effluvium and medication.
PRF Undereye treatments improves the overall quality and elasticity of the under-eye skin by stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin fibers, resulting in a smoother, firmer, and more vibrant look.
PRP has proven to be a success.
PRF is next-generation PRP. Fibrin is what platelets bind to as they circulate through your blood. When platelets bind to fibrin they release growth factors which help to start the healing process by creating new collagen, blood vessels, and skin cells.
PRF is more effective because it gives patients the same benefits of PRP while also releasing more growth factors over time so it will continue to work for several weeks after the procedure is done.
We use PRF to address a wide range of issues, including:
Since these treatments are autologous, as they come from your own blood, your body readily accepts the PRF. Your results are gradual as your skin regenerates itself on a cellular level.
Not only do we offer liquid PRF, but now we have PRF EZ GEL!
This cutting edge treatment in the aesthetic industry, utilizes a combination of your albumin that we have heated and then cooled to form a “gel” which contains your PRF..
These two are then blended together to form your own natural filler! We can use this all over the face where you have volume loss and need skin rejuvenation. EZ Gel is a great alternative for those who do not want regular HA fillers injected. It’’s 100% autologous, biostimulating, and volumizing. We have seen great results, especially for those who suffer with depleted tear troughs.
EZGel is an innovative plasma filler that utilizes advanced technology to achieve a thorough rejuvenation of the face. This non-surgical procedure is designed to enhance and redefine patients' facial features, giving natural-looking results without requiring them to undergo invasive procedures.
